2007
Elite Ventures Ltd. was founded in Richmond, BC, Canada by Jerry Mi to facilitate the trade of SPF Lumber to Asia, working with International Forest Products.

2009
Elite Ventures Ltd. entered a partnership with Canada Export Centre and formed a joint venture named CEC Timber Corp.

2012
CEC Timber Corp. was acquired by Ledcor Group and partnered with an investor to form Western Coast Resources Inc.

2015
Jerry Mi became the primary shareholder of Western Coast Resources Inc. and changed its name to Western Coast Enterprise Ltd. (WCE), specializing in supplying North American lumber and logs to niche markets in Asia.

2017
WCE opened its Qingdao office in China to provide better customer services.

2018
WCE acquired German Timber Company, specializing in round log and sawn timber export and logistic services from Europe to Asia and to North America.

2020
Northwest Forest Link Co. (NFL) was founded in Washington, United States, as a subsidiary of WCE, specializing in American round log purchase and export from USA to Asia and other emerging markets.

2021
NFL was granted exclusive rights to operate at Long View and Grace Habor terminals (WA) to export logs to Asia via breakbulk vessels.

2023
An in-house logistics and supply chain management team grew into a new independent entity after providing 5 years of internal services and starting to provide services to external clients.
